Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate

Room was dirty upon check-in.

Located just a short walk from Gila River Arena, we loved being so close to the action. The breakfast was hearty, and the room was spacious and clean, a true gem!

My kids wished there were more outdoor play areas for them to enjoy while we were there.

Especially helpful and delightfully helpful staff, and good food!!!

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel with absolutely perfect and magnificent location also close to a nice coffee shop. A wide range of products for a more than adequate and rich breakfast. Simple check-in, late check-out. Nice pool area too.

Comfortable beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator.

Clean, spacious and very friendly service of the deskman and the nice lady at the breakfast area. Also very helpfull with providing additional breakfast bag for en-route. We had a large and clean room with 3 kingsize beds for our family and we also liked the pool a lot.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. I stay there two different times, both times they let me check in early.

The room was huge, and I loved that the breakfast area was always stocked and clean. I had a great time lounging by the nice spacious pool after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of a wait at checkout, but it was a minor issue overall. 😊

I was disappointed to find a bug under the pillow in my room, quite unsettling. The lack of a comforter for the sofa bed. Lastly, the access to the hotel was difficult, causing unnecessary stress while trying to locate the place.

The room was spacious and the bed proved quite comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the shower and the high water pressure. The staff were attentive, especially the morning desk clerk who provided great local directions. The common areas were spacious.

There could be more comfortable seating in the lounge areas.

The hampton inn had a great breakfast and the staff quickly found us a new room on the same floor, personally inspected by housekeeping. It's also within walking distance to the stadium and the outlets at westgate.

The room was spacious with a comfy king bed and had great features like a microwave, fridge, and a tv. The bathroom had a clean shower with good water pressure and nice toiletries. The pool area was nice, but could use more cleaning. Breakfast included a good variety, though not gourmet. Super convenient location near stadiums and shops.

The Hampton Inn provided an really good stay with an impeccably clean room and a friendly staff. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The amenities, including fast WiFi and spacious common areas, added to the pleasant experience.

Breakfast options were disappointing.
